Lowering the Standards

Officials state that a decade old benchmark be lowered as to lower the number of alcohol related crashes that claim at least 10,000 lives a year, They would like lower the alcohol content from 0.08 to 0.05 and they encourage that all 50 states also do the same. They are also pushing for laws that will restrict those convicted for drunk driver can't start there car without a Breathalyzer test. Or even making it a standard before a car can be started for anyone. Also allowing police to revoke licences of those that have been convicted or if they refuse to take the BAC test.

The only thing this will actually do is an increase in people arresstedd and more money for them government. This own't stop drunk driving people drunk drive every night with the 0.08 as it is.

Man Flees Zombies

Authorities are baffled as to a guy who is being convicted of hit and run, vehicle theft and assault with deadly weapon. The man claims that he was running away from zombies and that his actions were in self defense, he is facing 5 years in prison but probably deserves a hospital stay and evaluation for his beliefs that he firmly believes in. Last month he hid in a guys truck away from the zombies and ended up stealing it and many people were wounded in the process. His name is Jerimiah Hartline and he has pleaded guilty to the charges against him.

Morning After Pill Debate

The controversy between who is allowed access to Plan B  is intensifying as it was ruled that 15 years and older were allowed to buy Plan B without parents or prescription. Many argue that there shouldn't be a restriction at all, while others state that it is cutting through parental rights to know whether or not there child uses the pill or not. Also many believe that it shouldn't even be available to anyone until they are legally adults but this also takes away people's rights. Many believe teens will also rely on the pill too much or even get addicted to the pill.

Black Willow Spiders

It was recently believe that Female Black Widow spiders would chase down and eat whoever the mated with. Not males.  Now it is believed after a study that was conducted that Male Black Widow spiders are more likely to eat their mate even before eggs are laid. It was more likely for young male widows to eat older female spiders. A study shows that widow spiders mating is chosen very carefully. It is dependent on age. They eat unprefered mates just as much as females do. It is a knew look on the mating stystem of theses spiders.

2nd Opinioin

For most parents getting a second opinion is very common but for one couple the decision resulted in their child being forcably removed from them. A young Russian couple living in Sacramento took their 5 month old   to the hospital after having flu like symotoms. He had been taken to the hospital ever since he had been diagnosed with a heart murmmer. There child was than was hospitalized but as he was treated the parents grew worried as the treatment of there son was questioned. The doctors stated that they wanted to do open heart surgery.

The parents than rushed there child to another hospital for a second  opinion. Police arrived and the parents proved that the child was in safe hands. When the couple went home with their child later on police arrived and entered the home without a search warrent and stole the child from the parents arms and walked out. As of now the child is being kept in the hospital and his parents are allowed to visit him.

This irritates me....... Parents are the parents not the government. There is a fine line that is crossed when the law should get involved until than stay out. There is nothing wrong with second opinions..is it causing harm for a second or third opinion no. Is it living physical or any type of damage to the baby no. Government stay out of our lives you were meant to govern national and international affairs stick to it and keep your nose where it belongs.

French Woman's Death.

Neighbors and residents in Toulouse France have been stunned after the discovery of a old womans remains in her flat. Investigators know that the woman had died 2010. She lived alone and besides shopping trips rarely was ever seen outside of her apartment. Her bills had been paid for the last 3 years electronically so no one ever beg to differ. Many thought she had went to a retirement home. Finally certain residents that were trying to get ahold of her for several days grew concerned and decided called the police.

They have yet to find a cause of death.

The Iron Lady has died.

Margret Thatcher as died at the age of 87. The "Iron Lady" Was UK's first prime minister to be a lady. Margret died of a stroke monday April 8th. Margret bacame prime minister in 1979. And in many people's opinion saved her country. She was not afraid to state her opinion and challenged many in the government before she was finally Margret had many health problems and suffered from dementia. Margret was prime minister for 11 years before her career finally ended. MArgret has suffered from manyn  strokes before her finally stroke ending her life. Her auto biography is set to be released sometime within the next few weeks.
