Young People ages from 13 to into the early 20's are getting HIV left and right without even knowing about it. Given Everything is known experts are calling in unacceptable that the age is getting lower and lower. Every month 1000 young people are infected with HIV and that's only in America. It cost almost half a millioin dollars to treat it through a whole life time.
Most of those that is infected is those that are young men that are gay and bisexual.
It is highly recommended that teenagers are tested but rarely do many of them do. Most that are infected have not even learned about HIV or AIDS on the streets or even in school.
