Sitting Bad

We all know so much of TV isn't good for you, but the real culprit is sitting, it is said that when you sit down for even an hour that you reduce your life my 17 minutes  6 minutes shy of smoking at 11 minutes a adult that watches TV 6 hours a day will live 4 years shorter than a person who does not watch TV.

It is even true for those who excersie everyday, and watch TV for 6 hours is at the same risks as of someone that doesn't excersice but watches TV. It is a majority of a persons life because most spend at least 50% of the day.

In other words, don't sit around all day and watch TV.

2 hours is considered low risk while 4 is risky, plan accordingly ;)

Which is stupid because we can cut TV time, but students sit in a classroom all day, and allot of people  have jobs sitting so it woudn't help.....
