US. Mailing companies have decided to but a stop to Saturday mail delivers by this august. The reason behind this is to start saving the economy/government money. They planned to end it by the 5th of August, to curb thew losses that thry were losing. It is not supposed to affect packages like Express Mail. It is to save nearly 2 billion dollars annually. The mail will still be delivered Monday through Friday but on Saturday's part time worker will work together to deliver parcels on custom routes. The goal seems to be a stretch to some but not impossible
